Could you walk away from your business tomorrow?

Most owners can't. The business depends on them, the financials aren't buyer ready, and the value on paper is lower than it should be. Schedule a free consultation and we'll send you The Ultimate Guide to Selling Your Business, a comprehensive resource for owners thinking about their exit. Owners who start this work two to five years early routinely sell for significantly more.

What sellers say afterward

I bought an existing business with six figure cash flow, got set up in a great low cost location, and later leveraged that success to buy a second complementary service business. Jason guided the whole process.

Buyer Success Stories

Three buyers who got it done

The right structure matters as much as the right business. SBA lending, seller financing and creative terms have helped our buyers close deals they didn't think they could afford.

Ben Foltz

Yorklyn Construction

One of our first business buyers, Ben purchased Yorklyn Construction in 2014. He grew the business exponentially and leveraged the profits to purchase the commercial real estate they work out of today. A small $50,000 SBA loan plus seller financing got the deal done. It is a multi-million dollar operation now.

Craig Brindley

American Mortgage Funding

Craig bought the company he had worked at for over a decade. We got creative with the structure and helped him buy the business with no money out of pocket.

PJ Piccone

Piccone IT Consulting

PJ was already running Piccone IT Consulting when we helped him acquire the PC Xpert business, along with its real estate and multiple apartments, for very little down payment.

Buyer Services

Stop making someone else's dreams come true.

Buying an existing business with proven cash flow is far easier and more affordable than starting from scratch. Whether you're an individual looking to own your income or a company growing through acquisition, we guide you through every step of finding, negotiating, and closing the right deal, as your trusted Intermediary Advisor.

1

Identify the right business

Map what you love to do, your skill sets, your schedule, and your income goals. We help you brainstorm industries where you can thrive, not just survive. The right fit makes all the difference.

2

Find & negotiate

We search active listings and off-market opportunities, guide you through the Letter of Intent, due diligence, and final terms, and help you build a professional team of attorneys and accountants to close with confidence.

3

Get the funding

SBA loans allow buyers to acquire businesses with as little as 5% down over 10–25 years. With $25,000 to work with, you could buy a $500,000 business that nets $125K per year after debt service. We connect you with the right lenders and keep the focus on cash flow.

Who You'll Work With

Advice from someone who sits on your side of the table

Dr. Jason J. Hubler, DBA entered brokerage the way a lot of owners leave it: he tried to buy the company he worked for. The deal didn't happen, but it showed him how unprepared most businesses are when it's time to change hands. He founded Exit Strategy Solutions, now ESS Business Services, to fix that.

In addition to his Doctorate of Business Administration in Leadership Studies, Jason holds credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Value Builder (CVB), Certified Master Negotiation Expert (CMNE), and Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CMAP). He has been a Business Intermediary and M&A Advisor in the Main Street and lower middle markets since 2013, with over 25 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as President of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and is a member of IBBA, the National Association of Certified Valuators, and M&A Source.

“I am laser focused on helping small business and lower-middle market owners overcome the challenges of selling their business, to get maximum profit from the sale.”
