Personal Experience

Dr. Jason J. Hubler, DBA is a Doctorate of Business Administration. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Value Builder (CVB). Dr. Hubler has been working as a Business Intermediary and M&A Advisor in the Main Street and Lower Middle Markets since 2013. He has over thirty years of experience in sales and entrepreneurial ventures.

Dr. Hubler is president of Pennsylvania Business Broker Association, as well as a member of International Business Broker Association, National Association of Certified Valuators, M&A Source, and Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors.

Early Years:

Jason J. Hubler was born and raised in York County. He was born into a blue collar, hard-working, family of German decent. Jason has a small-town background, growing up in a trailer park.

With no guidance in how to be an entrepreneur, Jason has worked hard to learn all aspects of entrepreneurship, with multiple business ventures, as well as through formal education. He was the first of the Hubler Family to graduate college; and after earning his Doctorate of Business Administration in Leadership Studies, he began pursuing the business brokering and merger & acquisition industry.

Trials and Tribulations:

Dr. Hubler has overcome many adversities, including losing everything in the 2008 economic collapse. He worked hard to rebuild, only to be completely shut down when Covid hit in 2020. Despite these set- backs, Dr. Hubler rose again to have the greatest business year ever in 2023; and is laser focused on helping small business and lower-middle market business owners overcome the challenges of selling their business, to get maximum profit when the business sells.
